Whoopsie daisy. Sony might have accidentally revealed the release date of forthcoming dad-em-up God of War early as one appeared on the US PlayStation store page for the game earlier today. Though the offending page has since been updated to read ‘Released December 31 2018’ at the time of writing, the screenshot below shows that it clearly said the game would be released March 22 2018. Of course, it could be a placeholder date as the current one almost certainly is, but it’s worth noting that both The Game Awards and the annual PSX conference both fall later this week, so chances are the date is officially set to be announced at one of those events....

It’s being reported that the showrunner of the upcoming Halo live-action TV series will depart the production at the end of its first season. That’s according to Variety, who say that Steven Kane will stay on for the remainder of the ongoing post-production process. Hearthstone Battlegrounds’ big update 16.4 has just gone live, and with it, the game now boasts seven brand new dragon heroes and a host of new minions to accompany them–most of them exclusive to Battlegrounds. The dragon heroes include Deathwing, Galakrond, Malygos, and Reno Jackson, who was recently revealed to be Renegos, the human aspect of dragons, in a surprise move that few saw coming. There are a number of parties interested in bringing hit PC farming title Stardew Valley to consoles, the game’s creator Eric Barone has told MCV. “I’m currently in discussion with several companies that are interested in helping me bring Stardew Valley to consoles,” he revealed.
