The state of Horde mode in Gears 5 is in a bit of disarray. The Coalition has made several changes to the franchise’s most beloved PVE co-op mode. Most of these changes aren’t exactly the best and don’t sit too well with players who are either long-time lovers of the franchise or newcomers. Changes are never automatically a bad thing. It’s how those changes are executed. Daybreak Games’ H1Z1 has been officially rebranded this week as part of a major update for the battle royale title. Z1 Battle Royale, as it’s now known, will bring back some of the features that made the original H1Z1: King of the Hill so popular, including animations, vehicle mechanics, combat, and more. Developer NantG is even restoring the original map in order to return the game back to its ‘glory days....
