Turn 10 has revealed that 32 racing circuits will be featured in its forthcoming Forza Motorsport 7. From October, players will be able to drift their way around a number of iconic racing tracks and fan-favourites from the world of motorsport. The tracks making their return include the Top Gear Test Track, as well as the likes of Silverstone, Maple Valley, Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps (aka Spa), Nürburgring and more. One of the returning fan-favourites is Maple Valley....

Following the official reveal of Call of Duty: Vanguard yesterday, Activision sent out an email confirming some new information. The email was sent out to potential consumers to try and drum up some additional interest for the upcoming FPS. In the email was confirmation of the four support developers that will be working on Call of Duty: Vanguard alongside lead studio Sledgehammer Games. The studios include Treyarch, High Moon Studios, Beenox, and Raven Software....

Game of Thrones Season 7 will simulcast weekly at 2am from July 17, meaning the most dedicated UK fans can take in all the drama at the same time as the show airs on HBO in the US. For those unable to catch the 2am broadcast, a repeat will air at 9pm. Game of Thrones Season 7 will be available on Sky TV and Now TV. When the asymmetrical multiplayer game Ghostbusters: Spirits Unleashed was revealed back in March, we only knew it would have a release date within the last few months of 2022. The next game by the Predator: Hunting Grounds team, Spirits Unleashed will be, well, unleashed at the perfect time. The game is busting out this October, mere weeks from Halloween. There really is no better month for a spooky game. Granted, Ghostbusters: Spirits Unleashed isn’t your typical horror adventure....

Coffee Stain Studios’ new open-world factory-building game Satisfactory is an Epic exclusive, and the Goat Simulator developer has explained that this decision offered the team greater financial security at the expense of a ‘loud minority’ revoking their support. Speaking to PCGamesN, UI and UX designer Nathalie Verwei explained the advantages of taking an exclusivity arrangement. ‘I think as an indie studio it’s nice to have that security that you know that your game is going to get out there and you don’t need to worry about making certain financial deadlines,’ she said....

Google Chrome’s latest update is, on paper, good news. After all, the Internet giant’s new policy on autoplaying videos for the browser means that while they will still fire up automatically on many sites, the sound has now been muted. That’s a good thing, right? Well, it is, only there’s one small problem for those who like web-based games — it’s muted the sound on them, too. This effectively renders a heap of web games unplayable, and suffice to say the creators are not having it....

An ambitious Grand Theft Auto mod brings the world of Vice City to Grand Theft Auto V. This potentially great news comes with a bit of a disclaimer. This mod is not a port of the full GTA: Vice City game running in the GTA V engine. That means that you won’t get the original game’s missions and various story beats. Some new missions are being added to the map as part of the mod, but the point of the matter is that this isn’t a proper remake of the original Vice City game....

Today Take-Two Interactive Software announced new sales numbers for Grand Theft Auto V and Red Dead Redemption 2 during its quarterly financial conference call. We learn that Red Dead Redemption 2 has shipped 43 million units worldwide. Grand Theft Auto V passed 160 million shipments. Historically, the Grand Theft Auto series has shipped over 370 million units cumulatively. The Red Dead Redemption franchise has shopped over 65 million units cumulatively. Those are certainly crazy numbers for both franchises....

GRIP has received a chunky post-launch update for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One today, bringing the game’s track total to 27 and dishing up a series of new game modes. Team Racing is now available to take for a spin, with players able to side with the Red or Blue team to battle across the following racing modes: Classic Race, Ultimate, Elimination, and Speed Demon. Team Deathmatch is up for grabs too, and does exactly what you’d expect....
