This means that Gigantamax Grimmsnarl, Hatteren, Kingler, Orbeetle, and Toxtricity are out. The previous event celebrated Pokémon Day with Bulbasaur, Charmander, Squirtle, and Mewtwo in Max Raids, and though Mewtwo couldn’t be caught, it offered victorious players guaranteed drops for Nuggets, Comet Shards, PP Ups, and Rare Candy....

UPDATE 18/8/22: Nintendo has issued an internal response to yesterday’s report which alleged sexual harassment within Nintendo of America. The statement to employees comes from company boss Doug Bowser, and was leaked online by Kotaku. In it, Bowser says the company is now “actively investigating” yesterday’s claims. The full statement follows. “We have strict policies designed to protect our employees and associates from inappropriate conduct and expect full compliance with these policies by all who work for or with u,” Bowser wrote....

Assassin’s Creed: Brotherhood players have taken to the game’s official forums to complain about and discuss what appears to be a game-breaking glitch in the holiday-blockbuster title. Players report the glitch occurring when they leave the Animus as Desmond Miles and explore Monteriggioni in the game’s year 2012. It appears that after a player does this he or she is then unable to have his or her character return to the Animus, which essentially traps them in the game’s year 2012 and stops all further player progress....
