The launch trailer for next week’s Hitman episode has appeared online five days ahead of time. The trailer (above) was posted earlier today by PlayStation Europe, and has yet to be taken down. UPDATE: It’s now been made private. If you missed it, AllGamesDelta has uploaded it to Twitter. It wasn’t supposed to go live until next Tuesday, September 27. In the video, you’ll see Agent 47 take out a variety of armed patrols and get a closer look at the new tools available at his disposal....

Fortnite is still chugging along as a popular free-to-play battle royale in late 2020, and Epic’s constant stream of updates has a lot to do with that. In the latest Fortnite update, the developers tackled the outstanding issue of bloated file sizes. Over time, the game grew to a staggering 90 GBs of required hard drive space. Although, that pales in comparison to some of its competitors such as Call of Duty: Warzone and Apex Legends....

Fortnite has still yet to release the patch notes for the upcoming holiday event, but dataminers HYPEX and xKleinMikex have still unveiled several new images for the event. Last year Fortnite had a full 14 Day event set with a long list of challenges, map changes, and surprises that was renewed in the new year. However, the details of this year’s even have been kept under lock and key, until now....

A French media company decided to start its own Twitch channel but then got banned for dropping in N-bomb in the first five minutes. While American companies are still desperately trying to hold on to the traditional media content model of cable television and movies, other countries are embracing the new age of digital media. France is one such country where media companies are looking at Twitch and seeing an opportunity rather than a rival....

It’s just going to take a little while longer. According to The Hollywood Reporter, the Friends reunion special at HBO Max has been delayed amid the coronavirus pandemic across the U.S. and world at large. WarnerMedia has not yet confirmed the news. Filming was set to occur on the special at the show’s former home on the Warner Bros. lot sometime next week. But with much of Hollywood shut down due to the virus, filming will have to be delayed, along with likely the release date of the special itself....

Boredom can be a powerful catalyst. For some, it might inspire the creation of an epic new story spanning galaxies in search of something to do. For others, perhaps it causes a prolonged brain fart where thoughts are meaningless and time is an illusion. It’s truly difficult to tell which side of this spectrum these particular folks in the visual effects industry fall into, but they’ve certainly created something worthy of morbid, scientific curiosity for fans of The Avengers and other pop culture icons....

Voted on by Twinfinite’s editorial staff, these were our top six favorite games of 2021. Square Enix released a first proper look at gameplay from Marvel’s Avengers at Gamescom, and as you can see below, it’s pretty awesome. After a lot of rumors and hearsay about a potential Avengers game, Square Enix put us all out of our misery at this year’s E3. It did so by releasing the very first trailer for the game, which is slated for release in May 2020. The trailer shows some instantly recognizable heroes celebrating A-Day before disaster strikes in the form of a terrorist attack....

Gears 5 reviews have started rolling out, and the game itself will become available to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscribers beginning Friday, September 6. Others will no doubt wait until September 10 to buy Gears 5, but they may be on the fence for one reason or another. One thing people like to know before they commit to buying a new game is how long it takes to beat, and while the Gears of War games have not been known to be particularly long, the Gears 5 campaign may be the longest yet, especially for completionists....

This GLOW Season 3 review contains no spoilers. GLOW season 3 refocuses the show to be (much) less about wrestling and instead about the personal lives of the women and the dreary, soul-crushing nature of the hustle. Presented by Gearbox and developed by Counterplay, Godfall is set to introduce a new twist on the looter genre. While the trailer and some of the information that came after the reveal has given a small look at what the game play will be like, there is still one question lingering about Godfall....

Google Stadia has been out for a while, and there’s not much going on with it despite assurances that there will be more content “soon.” It’s been 40 days since Google has announced a new game for Stadia, and the bulk was added around 70 days ago, according to a Reddit thread. According to a New Year update, Google said there’d be 120 games coming to Stadia in 2020, which would equal about 12 a month....

Developer Polyphony Digital has released a new update for Gran Turismo Sport, offering a revamped Sport mode and a flashy new motor for petrol heads to get their grubby mitts on. GT League has seen three new events added to the roster, namely Competition de France (Beginner League), Gr.B Rallycross (Amateur League), and Vision Gran Turismo Trophy+ (Professional League).
