Halloween Kills will have to wait a full year to fulfill its titular declaration. That’s because the film, a direct sequel to 2018’s Halloween revival movie, is quickly approaching an October 2020-scheduled release date that’s looking increasingly unfeasible in the face of a possible second wave of the COVID-19 pandemic. 343 Industries has confirmed that it’ll finally begin testing of Halo Infinite‘s long awaited campaign co-op mode in July. The studio made the announcement via the game’s official Twitter account last night. Fans wanting to give the mode a try before its official launch can sign up right now to the Halo Insider program. Doing so will net them a chance to try out an in-development build of the game, known as a ‘flight’....

Techland has scrapped development on first-person hack & slash Hellraid after it was decided that the game would fail to live up to the developer’s expectations. The game had previously been due to launch on PS4, Xbox One and PC later this year, but it has now been sent “back to the drawing board” in an effort to start development anew. The project’s abandonment, however, will allow Techland to focus its resources on expanding hit zombie franchise Dying Light, which launched to commercial success earlier this year....

Square Enix has announced that it has delayed the release of Forspoken, its upcoming action-adventure fantasy for PS5, into 2023. The game was originally scheduled to launch in May 2022. Fortnite Chapter 2 has started off with a bang and is bringing new weekly challenges. This week, Week 3, brings the Forged by Slurp challenge which includes a long list of tasks to complete. Chief among those tasks is finding the locations of Lockie’s Lighthouse, Compact Cars, and the Weather Station. Fortnite players will have to dance in these three separate locations to unlock the challenge.
