GTA Online’s Power Play and Grotti X80 Proto updates are now live on PS4, Xbox One and PC, Rockstar has announced. Power Play introduces six power-ups which will temporarily boost the abilities of the player and their allies. One of the most talked about anime released this year has been Cyberpunk: Edgerunners. Created by Trigger Studio (Kill La Kill, SSSS.Gridman), the series is set within the Cyberpunk 2077 universe, following original characters not seen in the 2020 title. IO Interactive has lifted the lid on its plans for a wealth of new additions for Hitman 3 in 2022 including a new singleplayer game mode named Freelancer. The new mode introduces “roguelike elements & strategic planning” to the game this Spring. It all starts from your Safehouse, the new map teased at the end of last year. There you’ll be able to pick costumes, test weapons in a firing range or just change the décor....

Nintendo has unexpectedly announced a new game entitled Game Builder Garage that intends to inspire the next generation of game developers when it launches on the Nintendo Switch next month. The game is more a suite of tools and interactive lessons that will teach players programming skills led by colourful creatures known in the game as Nodon. You’ll be using these Nodon, each with their own functions, connecting them together and—over the course of the lessons and activities in the game—begin learning key game development skills....
