Of course, we already knew the new scenario would take place after the main story, and that it’s about an expedition that set out from New London. Ubisoft has released some new gameplay footage and info for Donkey Kong Adventure, the upcoming DLC for Mario + Rabbids Kingdom Battle, and it features a lot of Donkey Kong chucking stuff, plus a new character. The gameplay trailer shows off fan favourite Rabbid Peach teaming up with not only Donkey Kong, but brand new character Rabbid Cranky, a mix Donkey Kong’s bad-tempered dad amd Rabbid DNA. Rabbid Cranky retains Cranky Kong’s signature beard and cane, but in this incarnation his abilities as an old person are weaponised: Rabbid Cranky’s cane, for example, is basically a shot gun, and he has abilities called things like Long Story and Stink Eye....

Channel 4 has announced Sir Trevor McDonald will be taking on the role of the GamesMaster in their upcoming TV revival. The role was originally played back in the 90s by Astronomer Sir Patrick Moore. McDonald will be taking the role in the three-episode project, which has already filmed. The real-time strategy franchise Homeworld had all but been forgotten until the release of the land-based Homeworld: Deserts of Kharak. Now Gearbox Publishing and Blackbird Interactive have announced that there will be a third addition to the franchise coming. The team announced Homeworld 3 was in development and would be heading to the crowdfunding platform known as Fig, even if crowdfunding was simply a formality for this project. The estimated release date, though, is planned for sometime in 2022....
The Vault Insider Program, a promotional feature that essentially allows players to earn loot and rewards for various Borderlands games, is set to end later this year. The information comes from the official Borderlands website, and was posted by Gearbox, who explained the significance of the program and why it is going to be discontinued. In short, the reason for discontinuing the Vault Insider Program is because Borderlands 3 came out a while ago, and as such, the program has become meaningless....

The iconic GoldenEye 007 for the Nintendo 64 is getting yet another fan remake. Recent footage of the gameplay was released and it may strike a nostalgic chord with 90s gamers.
