Santa Monica Studio has confirmed the graphics modes you can enjoy Kratos and Atreus’ latest adventure on when it comes to God of War Ragnarok.

The game is one of best looking generation-straddlers out there, and there’s a bunch of options for PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 4 Pro owners to customise their experience how they want.

The graphics modes were revealed by the studio’s official Twitter account, and comprise of the following options with choices for those who favour resolution and those who prefer a higher framerate.

Of course, this also depends on the equipment you’ll be playing on – so HFR and VRR will require a HDMI 2.1 cable and compatible display and 4K will obviously require a 4K capable screen.

As we mentioned, it’s a very impressive looking game on both the older and newer consoles. And it’s excellent to see the PlayStation 4 Pro still holding its own.

On top of an impressive performance visually, it helps that God of War Ragnarok is a very good game indeed. You can find out how good by reading our review over here.
