ORIGINAL REPORT: An image of an unannounced Limited Edition Gears of War 4 Xbox One S console has appeared online.
The special edition console was leaked online by Xbox insider @ekim_gaf and shows a brand new red Xbox One S featuring Gears of War’s iconic Crimson Omen emblem.
The console will ship with a 2TB hard drive and special Gears 4 controller, the box art reveals, plus, ekim says, a digital copy of Gears of War 4’s Ultimate Edition. Ekim adds that the price currently stands at $449 although that is “subject to change”.
Ekim previously leaked two of the games included in July’s Games With Gold line-up, suggesting today’s leak could be legit.
Microsoft has yet to announce the limited edition console, but with Gears 4’s release now just a few months away, you should probably expect an official announcement soon.
Gears of War 4 releases on Xbox One and Windows 10 PC on October 11.
