As standard, there’s a load of bug fixes and adjustments in the latest Fortnite patch, but the big new item is Chug Splash.
The throwable will heal squadmates in a given area if they’re low on health; if they have full health, then they’ll be granted 20 shield. Be careful when lobbing, though, because it’ll also heal the opposition.
It drops in stacks of 2, with a maximum stack size of 6, and it can be found from floor loot, chests, vending machines, supply drops, and llamas.
